temporary shipping changes
as of nov 3, 2026.
lately, the EU & US have been introducing lots of new requirements! some of these are quite tricky to navigate, so i'm introducing some temporary measures while i get on top of them. i'd like to have this resolved in time for christmas shipping cut offs, but... we'll find out together if that's doable or not :")
UNAFFECTED REGIONS
shipping is normal & unchanged to these regions:
- australia
- new zealand
- asia
- canada
- UK
US
shipping is still live to the US, but at a temporarily increased flat rate.
currently, US tariffs account for 25% of my store's total expenses (including upkeep fees, shipping to all countries, etc). the flat rate increase helps cover this, but since some products face less tariffs than others, i plan to implement more accurate tracking as soon as i can. some products will unfortunately be more expensive perpetually, but i will be able to reduce the purchase & shipping cost of others!
EU
shipping to the EU is completely paused right now, as there's a fair bit of admin involved in complying with the latest regulations.
💔 bad news: i'm unsure if i'll be able to resume shipping to certain countries due to recycling registration requirements that i simply can't fulfil at my current operating scale :(
🍀 good news: for other EU countries however, i will finally be able to remit VAT in advance! this means less fees for customers, & more fee transparency :D
EVERYWHERE ELSE
i've temporarily disabled shipping to less common regions. sometimes, they can be kind of troublesome, and i'm all trouble-d out.
i get very few orders from anywhere not explicitly mentioned above, so this will hopefully affect absolutely no-one <3
