i leave little notes in packages :] if i should write a different name on the note than the one on the shipping label, please leave a comment in your cart with the correct name!

even the EU/UK?
yes! unfortunately, you may face VAT fees at customs; this is out of my control and i am deeply sorry for the inconvenience!
when will my order arrive?
orders are processed as quickly as possible, and shipped out weekly via sendle or auspost!
estimated delivery periods cannot be guaranteed.
✦ please allow 2—10 business days for domestic orders (australia).
✦ please allow 2—6 weeks for international orders.
occassionally, orders are delayed longer than this, but if this amount of time has elapsed without you receiving your package, please contact me and i will look into it!
PRE ORDERS
for pre orders, the usual lead time is 6-8 weeks from pre orders opening until orders are shipped, and then the delivery time on top of that. this is because files need to be sent to the supplier, proofed, manufactured, items shipped to me, sorted, and packed! thank you for your patience :]
if an order contains both pre order and non pre order items, i wait until the pre order items arrive and ship it all together. if you would like your non pre order items shipped earlier, please order them seperately.
if you have an existing pre order (or simply unshipped order) and would like to add anything to it, please contact me so you don't have to pay shipping twice! ♡
FAQ
when will you restock [x]?
to afford new stock, i order in bulk with a group of friends, so my scheduling is dependent on when we all need new items! as a general rule of thumb, i always restock right before a convention.
when will you have new designs?
as soon as i can! updates are found on my social media, or you can scroll down to join the newsletter!
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
to request a refund or exchange, please email me at peachcottart@gmail.com and i'll do my best to help you out!
unfortunately, i cannot refund or exchange anything that stems from customer error (eg. a mistyped address, misreading the product description, or change of mind). if you do realise you made an error, please email me ASAP — if your item hasn't shipped yet, it's easily fixed!
